With the development of electric power industry,the electric power special optical wires will be used in the electric power telecommunication network in large scale.To improve the qualification of electric power special optical wires,the significance,procedure and content of network access examination,the state of network access examination unit are presented.The problems that existed in the network access examination are provided too.
