摘要 电喷汽油机的进气系统对整个发动机的动力性、经济性和排放特性有很大的影响,其中进气歧管的尺寸和结构形状是主要的影响因素,需要进行优化设计。随着计算机技术的发展,各种计算机辅助设计手段在产品开发中得到越来越广泛的应用。本文利用CAD/CFD现代设计手段对EQ491i电喷汽油机的进气歧管进行了优化设计,并用计算机辅助制造技术对优化结果进行了快速自动成型制造。最后利用发动机台架试验进行了进气歧管对电喷汽油机充气效率的影响的试验研究。整个优化设计过程周期短、成本低、效果好。 The intake system of EFI engines has a great effect on the power, economy and emissions of an engines. The layout and configuration of an intake manifold are the main factors to affect performance of an engine and should be designed optimally. Along with the development of computer technology, many kinds of computer-aided design (CAD) methods are used in practice. The intake manifold of EQ49li EFI engine is designed optimally integrating CAD and CFD. The computational models are shaped by CAM. The effect of intake manifold on the volume efficiency of EFI engines is tested on test bench. It shows that it can shorter optimized design period, lower cost and better effects in the whole optimized design process.
