摘要
网页作品的著作权保护形式问题是关系到如何保护网站原创性的重要因素。本文从分析网页作品的构成和性质出发 ,在对保护现状进行分析的基础上 ,分 3个步骤探讨了网页作品保护的具体形式问题 。
How to protect the copyright of Webpages is an important factor affecting the originality of Webpages.Beginning with an analysis of the composition,characteristics and protected status of Webpages,this article discusses the specific forms of protecting the Webpages in 3 steps.Suggestions for corresponding legislation are also put forward based on the conclusion of the study.
