摘要
本文引进学习型组织理论 ,阐述了建立学习型图书馆的意义 ,此外还介绍了国外图书馆界建立学习型组织的成功实例 ,另对构建学习型图书馆的具体做法 。
The article introduces the theory of learning organizations,expatiates the significance of building up learning libraries,and recommends several successful examples of foreign library circles in building up learning organizations.Specific suggestions of how to build up learning libraries are also given.
