摘要
蓝藻是一类进行光合放氧的原核生物 ,因其结构的特殊性 ,已成为表达外源基因的理想宿主之一。然而外源基因转化系统的选择与建立一直影响着蓝藻基因工程的快速发展。总结了各类蓝藻基因转移系统的特点、影响因素、各系统间的优缺点、以及不同蓝藻株系最适基因转移系统的选择等 ,为利用蓝藻进行遗传操作提供可能 。
Cyanobacteria are prokaryote and oxygenic photosynthetic bacteria that have been used increasingly to study diverse biological processes,and many genetic tools have been developed for cyanobacteria.Considering its unique characteristics,cyanobacteria have been became the ideal host of gene engineering.However,selecting and establishing the means of gene transfer has affected the developments of gene engineering for cyanobacteria.Methods of gene transfer are introduced in regard to characteristic,factors,advantages and disadvantages.The best means of gene transfer for various cyanobacteria is summed up.Many available ways of gene transfer enhance the opportunities for possible biotechnological applications of cyanobacteria.All of these will quicken development of gene engineering of cyanobacteria.;
