金属塑性成形模具的灵敏度分析

摘要 用ANSYS软件对有限变形塑性金属成形过程进行了灵敏度分析 ,并引入准均匀三次B样条曲线来近似凹模表面 ,以其B样条曲线的控制顶点作为扰动变量 ,在其它约束条件不变的情况下 ,求得状态变量塑性变形阻抗应力灵敏度的分布。灵敏度的分析为减少金属制品的偏差或给定缩减率使挤压力最小等领域的模具优化设计提供了有利的途径。 A continuum sensitivity analysis is presented for large finites plasticity deformations of metal forming process by Ansys software,and a quasi-uniform cubic B-spline is used to present die surface. When other restriction conditions are unchanged,the distributions of the steady-state sensitivity of internal resistance to plastic deformation are obtained taking controlling vertex of B-spline curve as disturbed variable. The method is applied to the design of extrusion dies that minimize the standard deviation of material state in the final product or minimize the required extrusion force for a given reduction ration.
