摘要
轴承外壳零件要求尺寸精度高 ,且有形位公差要求 ,因而在模具成形后 ,采用整形工艺达到了尺寸精度 ,同时零件的端平面达到形位公差要求。对于凸缘部位的浅拉深 ,采用压边圈兼作浅拉深凸模的作用 ,取得较好的效果。
The bearing shells were required with high size precision and certain shape-location tolerance,so after forming,need to adopt truing technology to reach size precision requirement and shape-location tolerance requirement of end surface. To low drawing in flange part,the blank holder can be used as punch,and the effect is good.
