摘要
基于结构光测量技术 ,探讨了一种将相移法同 gray编码方法结合进行相应求解的新技术 ,并解决了两者结合时产生相位突变的问题。采用四步相移法 ,将四幅移相光栅分别投射于物体表面 ,产生的调制光栅图像被CCD相机采集后 ,经计算机处理得到 [-π ,π]区间内的相主值。然后 ,投射黑白相间的一组 gray编码光栅到相同的物体表面 ,经CCD相机采集图像并由计算机解码处理后得到周期分布。最后 ,将两者相结合 ,得到真实而准确的相位。实验证明 ,该方法能快速准确地得到结构光的真实相位。
A new unwrapping method combined with phase shift processing and gray-coded light is discussed, and also the saltation of the phase is avoided. Firstly according to the four-step phase-shift method, a series of gratings constructed are projected on the surface of the object, and the distorted grating images are collected into the computer by the CCD camera ,then the phase collapsed in the range [-π,π] will be obtained. Secondly a series of gray-coded right are projected on the same area, and the period distribution will be got. Finally the phase and the period will be combined with, and the true, exact phase will be obtained. Experiments proved that 3D scan system can get satisfied result by using the method.
