摘要
目的 :对兰科植物云南石仙桃的化学成分进行研究。方法 :色谱和光谱分析法分离和鉴定化学成分。结果 :从石油醚部分分得 7个化合物 :正二十九烷烃 ,cyclopholidone ,正三十二烷酸 ,n octacostylferulate ,cyclopholi donol,cycloneolitsol和 β 谷甾醇。 结论 :n
Objective: To investigate the chemical con stituents from Pholidota yunnanensis. Method: Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the c onstituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses. Result: Seven compounds were obtained and they were identi fied by spectroscopic analysis as n-nonacosane, cyclopholidone, n-dotr iacontanoic acid, n-octacostyl ferulate, cyclopholidonol, cycloneolitsol an d β-sitosterol, respectively. Conclusion: n-octacos tyl ferulate and cycloneolitsol were isolated from genus Pholidota for the f irst time.
