摘要 针对某些领域应用动态时间规整(dynamictimewarping,DTW)存在的计算复杂性问题,提出了基于路径约束的DTW算法。首先通过建立原始模式的分段线性模型,生成该模型的初始规整路径,然后构造原始模式规整路径的全局约束。实验结果表明,这种算法能够保证匹配精度,有效地提高运算速度,适于解决动态多变量复杂系统和过程的故障诊断问题。 To solve computing complexity problems in some fields, dynamic time warping (DTW) based on path constraint is proposed. Piecewise-linear models are firstly built for the original patterns, and then a preliminary warping path is generated for the models. Based on the preliminary path, a global constraint is imposed on the warping path of the original patterns. Experimental results show that this algorithm improves computing efficiency remarkably with high accuracy in pattern classification. It can also produce warping path and traces for synchronizing the original patterns. The study in this paper is valuable to solve the problems on fault diagnosis of complex systems and processes.;
