耳穴贴压治疗寻常痤疮对血清睾酮雌二醇的影响

Effects of auricular point sticking on serum testosterone and estradiol levels in the patient of acne vulgaris

目的 :观察耳穴贴压对内分泌的调节作用 ,探讨其治疗痤疮的作用机理。方法 :采用耳穴贴压法治疗寻常性痤疮 37例 ,并用放射免疫分析法检测治疗前后患者血清性激素的变化。结果 :经 2疗程治疗 ,患者血清睾酮治疗前后无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;血清雌二醇及睾酮 /雌二醇值治疗前后差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :耳穴贴压具有调节性激素作用 ,使雌二醇增高 ,雄激素相对地降低 ,降低了睾酮 /雌二醇值 ,从而达到治疗痤疮的目的。

Objective To observe the regulative action of auricular point sticking on endocrines to explore the mechanism of this therapy for acne vulgaris. Methods Thirty seven cases of acne vulgaris were treated by auricular point sticking and serum testosterone(T) and estradiol (E 2) levels before and after treatment were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results After treatment of 2 therapeutic courses, serum T level had no significant change (P>0.05), and the serum E 2 and T/E 2 ratio had significantly changes(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Auricular point sticking can increase serum level of E 2 and decrease T level, leading to decline of the T/E 2 ratio, hence cure of acne vulgaris.
