摘要
对NDVHB92株NP基因进行了序列测定和分析.结果显示,NDVHB92株NP基因全长1744个核苷酸,开放阅读框共1470个核苷酸,编码489个氨基酸;与其他10株NDVNP基因核苷酸同源性为88.3%~99.1%,氨基酸同源性为91.0%~98.9%;但HB92株与其亲本株QV4的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性只有90.3%和95.0%,不如与弱毒和中毒株的高;系统进化分析表明,HB92株与弱毒和中毒株的进化关系更近.以上结果表明,HB92株NP基因在序列上已远离无毒株而趋于向弱毒和中毒株进化.
The nucleotide sequence of the nucleocapsid protein (NP) gene of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) strain HB92 has been determined and analysed. The complete nucleotide sequence of the NP gene of this strain is 1 744 nucleotides long, including a single open reading frame encodes a protein of 489 amino acids; The homology of nucleotides and amino acids compared to other 10 strains is 88.3%~99.1% and 91.0%~98.9%, respectively. But the homology of HB92 compared to its original strain QV4 is correspondingly lower than low and moderate virulence strains; The phylogenetic relationship result also showed that HB92 is more closely relation to low and moderate virulence strains. These data revealed that NP gene sequence of HB92 strain has evolved from avirulent strain in the direction towards low and moderate virulence strains.
