县级政治体制改革是发展和完善社会主义民主政治的重要内容,也是促进县域经济跨越式发展的重要保证。县级政治体制改革以扩大基层民主并使之制度化,提高现实政治体制对人民直接参与的容纳能力调整县级政府职能及其运行机制和操作程序,提高政府工作的能力和效率为具体目标。县级政治体制改革面临着开发功能、调整结构、完善体制等任务。

The form of county's political system has to set up the objects to enlarge and make systemization foudamental democracy , enhance the acceptance of the political system into people's directive participation in government',adjust the government function and its operation's system and process, and raise the ability and effiecience of government. The tasks are the developing function, adjustment's constructure and improvement's system.
