Clarification of Bentonite Attached by Chitosan for Aged Vinegar

该文根据膨润土可以吸附阳离子,壳聚糖在酸性溶液中带有正电荷的特性,将壳聚糖负载在膨润土上,制成固体吸附剂,用其处理陈醋。此法沉降时间短、容易过滤,可以得到琥珀色、透明的高档陈醋,且放置6个月无沉淀。

According the propertied of bentonite and chitosan, a solid adsorbent was made from bentonite and chitosan, which can be used to treat aged vinegar. After treated by the adsorbent, the vinegar was easily filtered and had a high-quality with amber color and transparence. The vinegar product could be stored for 6 months without any sediment problem.
