摘要
文中研究了亚共析钢中魏氏组织铁素体的立体形貌,着重讨论了魏氏组织中交叉分布和平行分布的铁素体形貌和空间模型,发现这两种针状铁素体具有不同的空间分布状态,其中交叉针是单个铁素体为单元,针与针之间有一定的角度,立体模型为锥形或楔形;平行针是一片一片细小铁素体堆叠起来的,片与片之间相互联接,中间夹有少量珠光体组织,这种分布类似于珠光体中铁素体与渗碳体的分布,从而进一步证明亚共析钢中魏氏组织针状铁素体的存在。
This paper investigates stereoscopic morphology of wid-ferrite in carbon steel, It is found that interecting acicular ferrite andparallel acicular ferrite were different stereoscopic patterns, the formerwas the single acicular ferrite,there was the fixed angle between theaciculars, their stereoscopic pattern was a cone or a wedge, the laterwas a stack of fine ferrite slices,which link one another. The studyverifies the opinion that there are intersectig acicular ferrite and parallelacicular ferrite in widmanstatten structure.
