摘要
选择荷斯坦奶牛 18头 ,按产奶量、胎次、泌乳时间随机配对分为试验组与对照组 ,每组 9头 ,进行饲料中添加脂肪粉对高产奶牛生产性能的影响研究。研究结果表明 :饲料中添加脂肪粉能提高奶牛产奶量 5 .6 % ,标准校正乳 (FCM)提高 7.3%。脂肪粉对高产奶牛的产乳量和乳脂率的提高有明显的促进作用 ,但对乳蛋白与乳糖含量影响不大。
Eighteen dairy cattle were selected and divided randomly into two groups, experimental and control, according to their milking capacity, birth number and lactation period. Nine cattle for each group. The aim of this feed trial was to investigate the effect of fat-meal added feed on the production performance of high yield dairy cattle. The results showed that the milk yield was increased by 5.6%, and FCM was increased by 7.3%. It was indicated that fat meal addition could obviously facilitate the increase of milk yield and milkfat percentage of high yield dairy cattle, however it had little influence on the content of protein and sugar in the milk.
