摘要
以轿车等速万向节滑套为研究对象,采用热机耦合弹塑性有限元方法对滑套的温成形过程进行了数值模拟,得到了工件和模具的温度场,并通过工艺实验对模拟结果进行了验证。根据模拟结果分析了温反挤压冲头严重磨损失效的原因,给出了相应解决方案。
The warm extrusion forming process of an outer race of constant velocity universal joint has been simulated by using the thermo-mechanically coupled elastic-plastic FEM. The distribution of temperature in the die and workpiece is obtained. The cause of failure on the punch is analyzed. A solution for punch abnormal wearing is available here. Industrial experiments have been carried out.
