摘要
分析了电动机运行时状况,根据电动机所出现的故障特征,基于80C196系列单片机为核心的使用电动机保护系统系统,在算法上进行数学模型的建立和推导;;在硬件、软件上进行了优化设计特别是采用了大规模可编程逻辑器件ISPLSI-1032E门阵列使该系统更简洁、稳定。本保护系统具有速度快,抗干扰性强,保护功能强等特点。
The paper analyses the status when the electromotor is running. In view of the protection system of electromotor taking 196 series SCM as a core, a mathematical model was established and derivated in algorithm, in addition , the optimized design in harduare and software had been carried on. Especially, the system becomes more concise and stable by use of large scale programmable logic device ISPLSI- 1032E gate array. In all. the system has many characteristics such as rapid speed, strong anti-interference ability, powerful protection function etc.
