摘要
针对丙烯腈装置废液焚化炉燃烧效率低、污染排放大的现状 ,采用重油乳化燃烧、改善燃烧系统及改进操作工况等措施进行了试验研究 ,可明显提高焚化炉的燃烧效率 ,降低NOx 等污染物的生成与排放 。
In order to improve the combustion and polluted emision for the liquid waste incinerator of acrylonitrile plant,the paper makes tests of emulsified fuel oil combustion,retrofit burning system,improving operation conditions and reducing emission.The measurement results indicate that the techniques involves can increase the combustion efficiency and reduce polluted emission,and have double benefits of energy conservation and emission reduction.
