摘要
利用高温固相反应,以NH_4Cl作助熔剂,合成了一系列的Li^+,Na^+,K^+碱金属离子作电荷补偿剂Eu^(3+)激活的碱土金属偏硅酸盐发光体,实验结果表明,电荷补偿剂的改变的会显著影响发光体的形成温度,发光强度。用Na^+、K^+补偿Eu^(3+)电荷时,发光体的形成温度分别须高于相应Li^+补偿时的40℃、60℃。相同组织的发光体中,以Li^+补偿Eu3^+时发光强度最大。基质不变,Li^+,Na^+,K^+的改变,不会影响发光体的激发光谱,发光光谱形状和波峰位置,对基质晶体结构参数也无显著影响。本文给出了数种Li^+,Na^+,K^+补偿Eu^(3+)时MSiO_3发光体(M=Ba,Sr.Ca)的X射线粉末衍射图及d值;本文的实验结果对类似RE^(3+)发光体的合成及研究有一定的指导意义。
A series of phosphors,Eu^(3+)-activated Alkali Earth Meta-silicates (EAEMS) were synthesized by means of high-temperature di-ffusion, using NH_4Cl as a flux and alkali ions containing Li^+,Na^+ andK^+as charge compensators.It has been found that the synthesizing tem-perature and the emitting intensity of EAEMS would be changed regularlywith the charge compensators'exchanging.The machanism of the influ-ence of charge compensator was also discussed in this paper.
