肿瘤免疫治疗与肿瘤特异记忆性T细胞

摘要 近年来以肿瘤相关抗原 (TAA)及树突状细胞 (DC)呈递机制为基础发展起来的肿瘤免疫治疗取得一定进展 ,研究表明 ,肿瘤特异记忆性T细胞存在于患者骨髓中 ,体内外实验均证实其再激活后对肿瘤靶细胞具有更有效的杀伤作用。
