摘要
5 氟尿嘧啶 (5 FU)是常用化疗药物之一 ,在个体治疗中存在着疗效不确定性和毒副作用。二氢嘧啶脱氢酶 (DPD)是 5 FU代谢的限速酶 ,在其分解代谢中起关键作用。现综述DPD的研究进展以及DPD检测在 5 FU化疗中的意义。
