摘要
减轻大功率推土机在使用中来自地面的冲击和振动载荷对行走机构和底盘所造成的不良影响,提出行走机构采用弹性悬挂,用粘弹性阻尼器进行缓冲,介绍了弹性悬挂机构的工作原理,完成了橡胶缓冲块的设计、配料和试验。通过使用证明大大减轻了推土机的冲击和振动。
In use of high horsepower bulldozer,reduced shock loads from rough terrain,lessen bad influence to undercarriage component and chassis,undercarriage system adopt elastic elevated structure,buffering with sticky and flexible damper,with describes operation principe of elastic elevated structure,finish design,material selection and test of rubber pads It was proved that bulldozer can greatly lessen the vibration and shocking from rough terraint.
