摘要
柱齿滚刀是全断面掘进机和钻井机普遍使用的破岩刀具之一。本文通过理论分析和实验验证,构建了柱齿滚刀破岩力数学模型。并就有关柱齿滚刀设计问题进行了讨论。图4,表2,参6。
Throughout theoral analysis, a new equation of normal force and rolling force has been suggested. The results calculated using the equation are very well coincided with those measured in laboratory experiments by full scale disc cutting device. Finally, the design principle of button cutter has discussed based on concluds obtained. 4figs, 2tabs., 6refs.
