摘要
利用白酒糟中的稻壳制备吸附剂可获得产率高、悬浮率高的处理水体油污以及其他相关废水的优质吸附剂.经有关检测可确定不会产生二次污染.研究优化了白酒糟稻壳制备吸附剂条件:含水率为59.89的样品炭化时间为105min;含水率为48.03的样品炭化时间为105min;含水率为30.57的样品炭化时间为90min;含水率为22.15的样品炭化时间为50min;含水率为6.2的样品碳化时间为30min;碳化温度均为400℃.
Described the preparation of adsorbent of rice husk from distiller's grains. Taking adsorbent of rice husk from distiller's grains by use of this kind of method, rates of production and suspension are higher. The adsorbent is high efficient in treatment with oil on the waste water and dependent waste water. And the adsorbent is harmless to the environment. The optimum condition of preparation of adsorbent of rice husk from distiller's grains is that when watery rate of distiller's grains is 59.89%, the time of carbonizing is 105 min; that when watery rate of distiller's grains is 48.03%, the time of carbonizing is 105 min; that when watery rate of distiller's grains is 30.57%, the time of carbonizing is 90 min; that when watery rate of distiller's grains is 22.15%, the time of carbonizing is 50 min; that when watery rate of distiller's grains is 6.20%, the time of carbonizing is 30 min. Their temperature is 400 ℃.
