Web page designing is a developing subject, overlapping designing and Internet. As a synthetically department of modern artistry designing, its artistic form of expression goes far beyond the scope of plain designing. For this reason, it is necessary to conformity the plain form element of artistic designing into web page designing as well as to merge art creation and multimedia technology into an organic whole. By analyzing the key element of layout of web page designing and visual construct of words, pictures and colors, combining people's visual habit of browsing over information, this article approaches how to express and communicate web page visual information efficiently and reasonably.
