The Regional Differences of Investment Environment in West Areas

从自然资源、经济环境、基础设施、社会环境四大要素 ,35个方面建立西部 1 1省市 (西藏除外 )区域投资环境评价指标体系 ,确定权重及算法 ,根据 2 0 0 1年的统计数据 ,得出了各省市的投资环境综合评价值。并依据综合评价值 ,把 1 1省市划分为投资环境优良区、投资环境中等区、投资环境较差区。据此揭示了西部投资环境的空间格局 ,并阐述了不同投资环境类型区的特点和限制因素 。

Based on the quantitative analysis in 4 key elements, the assessment index system of investment environment was set up .After having decided the proportion, a qualitative analysis and a ration research have been made. According to the statistic data of 2001, authors sumed up integrated index value of every provinces in west areas, divided all provinces into three investment environment type areas, pointed out the special pattern of investment environment in the west areas, the characteristic and limited factors of every type areas. For every region a key point to carry out correct development strategy was put forward.
