摘要 提出了用于精压的混合驱动精压机的机构构型 ,并对其进行正运动学分析 ;建立了混合驱动精压机优化设计的数学模型和方法 首先优化综合机构的几何参数 ,再用B啨zier曲线优化伺服电机的运动规律 ,从而可使滑块的输出运动为一组较理想的轨迹 。 Analysis of forward kinematics is accomplished to set up the optimum model. The geometrical parameters are synthesized, and the slider's motion rule is optimized by using Bézier curve. Therefore, by rightly designing the input motion of servomotor, the slider can pass through a set of desired trajectory. In the end, according to the results of computer simulation, the advantages of hybrid-driven mechanical press are outlined.
