摘要
南瓜籽是南瓜的副产物,本文对南瓜籽的成分进行了简单的分析,发现南瓜籽中含有人体必需脂肪酸,而且含量丰富,因而对如何开发利用南瓜籽,提出一些建议。
A simple analysis had been wade for the composition of pumpkin seed,a by-product of Pumpkin.Many essential fatty acid and nutrients were found and in abundance,so some advices to how to exploit pumpkin seed were given.
