摘要
采用Wagner直流极化法对未经光照的卤化银乳剂微晶体作微观电性能研究。实验表明 ,在未经光照的卤化银乳剂微晶体中存在着一定量的自由电子和空穴 ,这些因素为灰雾中心的形成提供了必要的条件。研究表明 ,卤化银乳剂微晶体灰雾的形成与其电子电导率和空穴电导率有一定的关联性。
By applying Wagner polarization, the electric properties of the unexposed silver halide emulsion micro-crystals were studied. As proved by the experiments,a number of free electrons and holes are existed in the unexposed silver halide emulsion micro-crystals. These factors are all essential to the fog center formation. According to this study, there is some relationship between the fog center formation of the silver halide emulsion micro-crystals and their electron conductivity and hole conductivity.
