摘要
报道了一种测定油脂碘值的新方法,不改变Hanus法操作步骤,只需在测定过程中加入催化剂醋酸汞。与Hanus法测定碘值相比,测定反应由30min缩短为4min即可完成,本法相对误差小于0.5%,变异系数小于0.2%。
A new method for determining the iodine value of oil and fat is reported.The method only requires to add the catalyst mercurit acetate in the process of determination without changing the operational procedure of the Hanus method.Compared with the Hanus method in which it will take at least 30 minutes to finish it,this method can make the determination reaction finished in 4 minutes.The experimental results indicate that the relative error is lower than 0.5% and coefficient of variation is lower than 0.2%.
