Estimation and Evaluation of Economic System

本文详细论述了经济系统测度的基本思想 ,并将其划分为功能测度和状态测度两种类型 ,给出了具体的测度方案。测度是评价的基础。在经济系统测度的基础上 ,本文提出了经济系统评价的一般模式 ,提出了评价函数的概念 ,即 :评价 =fe(评价主体、评价客体、价值主体、价值客体、需求关系、满足需求情况 )由评价函数fe自然诱导出经济评价的相对性。本文的最后给出了经济系统评价的四种功能。

This paper expounds the basic thought for estimating economic system in detail,divides it into the function estimation and the state estimation and puts forward a practical estimation plan.Estimation is the foundation of evaluation.On the basis of economic system estimation,this paper puts forward a general mode for evaluating economic system and the conception of evaluating function,that is:Evaluation=fe(evaluation subjective body,evaluation objective body,value subjective body,value objective body;need relation,the condition that meets the need)From the evaluation function fe naturally derives the relativity of economic evaluation.Finally,this paper gives four functions for the evaluation of economic system.
