摘要
分析了水洗汽水分离系统的工作原理,从工艺路线、设备以及各单元的合理优化配置和安装要求上,提出了汽与水在混合管道内进行分离的方法和思路,通过改进,提高分离效率,减少真空损耗,缩短水洗时间。
Mechanism for steam-water separation by water wash is analyzed.It is put forward to separate steam and water in the mixing pipes from the view of process, equipment, the units and installation requirements. The innovation can enhance the separation, reduce vacuum loss and shorten water-wash time.
