A Research on the Problem of Cross-border Ethnic Groups and the Stability of Border Areas

研究我国西北、西南跨国民族的社会历史与文化变迁 ,特别是目前我国正处在西部大开发时期 ,而西部地区正是我国多民族聚居地 ,我国的民族自治区社会经济体制正可借此时机加以完善 ,保持边疆稳定 。

This paper focuses on the social historical and cultural vicissitudes of the cross-border ethnic groups in Northwest and Southwest China, which can be regarded as realistically important for the stability, the solidity and prosperity of present west frontier of China, where different ethnic groups live, and where is undergoing great development. In additional the local governments can take the chance to improve their social economic systems.
