Individuality Education in Higher Education

个性教育是相对传统教育而言的,其内涵是人性化、个人化、特色化、和谐化的教育。发展个性教育的迫切性体现在当代大学生的总体特征和目前高等教育中存在的问题两个方面。加强高等教育中的个性教育,要明确个性教育目标,更新个性教育理念,掌握先进的教育方法,建立新型的教育管理体制。

Compared with the traditional education, the connotation of individuality education is humanized, individualized, characterized and harmonious education. The urgency of developing individuality education is embodied in both the overall characteristic of the contemporary university students and the problems existing in the current higher education. To strengthen individuality education, the objective of individuality education should be made clear, educational concepts should be renewed, advanced education methods should be grasped, and new educational administrative system should be established.
