论我国非营利组织的进入规制

On The Entrance Regulations of NPOs in China

在经济发展和政府改革的背景下,我国的非营利组织面临着一个良好的发展际遇,其服务、沟通功能日益彰显。该文从当前我国非营利组织的进入规制现状出发,提出应当进行政府规制的改革,提高非营利组织独立于政府组织之外的自主性,为非营利组织的发展创造一个良好的体制空间。

NPOs have gained good development in China since 1978, but it is still necessary for the government to regulate these NPOs in order to promote their positive functions and overcome their weakness. This paper begins with status quo of government regulation, analyzes the methods of regulation, and then gives some suggestions for the government regulation in China.
