农村教育结构调整是伴随着社会对农村教育的需求变化而进行的,它本质上是一个决策过程。在这个决策过程中要正确把握决策的理论和现实依据,并按照科学的决策程序对现有教育结构进行把握、分析,并按照教育的应然功能对教育结构调整决策进行设计和实施,以保证实现农村教育结构的优化。

The structure readjustment of rural education is carried out along with the change of social requirement of rural education, which in essence is a decision process. To ensure the optimization of the structure, we must correctly, in the decision course, master decision theory and actual basis, understand and analyze the existent structure according the scientific decision procedure and design andimplement the readjustment decision in the light of existent function.
