摘要
明代封建皇权极度膨胀，在司法审判权方面主要通过奏裁、复核等形式使之权力进一步扩大，并形成明朝宦官参与司法，代皇帝行使审判权的特色。
The imperial power of the Ming Dynasty was over-expanded to such a degree that memorials should be presented to the emperor for jurisdiction and that the eunuchs interfered greatly in judicture,even exercised judicial power in the name of the emperor.
