我国体科所科研队伍的发展与科技创新关系的调查研究

An investigation and analysis of the relationship of the development of science workers and the requirements of sci-tech innovation

采用问卷调查法对我国体科所科研队伍的发展与科技创新的要求相适应的情况进行了调查与分析。要使体科所科研队伍的发展与科技创新的要求相适应,科研人员应当增强自己的创新意识,努力提高科研创新能力;要善于培养自己的创新思维能力,善于在科研工作中求新、求异、求变,不断提高思维创新的水平。

Questionnaires were adopted to analyze the coordination of the development of science workers and the requirements of sci-tech innovation in the Chinese research institutes of physical culture.In order to make the development of science workers coordinated with the sci-tech innovation,the science workers should strengthen their innovation consciousness,improve their innovation ability in scientific researches,know how to cultivate their own innovative thinking ability and pursue novelty,difference and change to continuously improve their innovation level.
