低游离TDI聚醚二异氰酸酯预聚物的制备

采用直接法合成的低游离TDI聚氨酯预聚物,降低了产品的游离TDI含量,与同类产品相比漆膜性能没有明显差别。介绍其反应工艺参数、溶剂、-NCO与-OH的配比等对游离TDI含量的影响。

Low free-TDI urethane prepolymer through di- rect synthesis method can lower the free-TDI content and film performances of it having an obvious deference with other products. Influences of process data, solvent, ration of-NCO and-OH on free-TDI content is also discussed.
