摘要
市场经济是信用经济。新时期打造信用中国应依靠政府、企业和个人三个主体的共同努力。软件上需要培养各主体的信用意识和创新精神 ;硬件上需要对各主体在制度上进行规范、引导、监督 ;从而促其加强自律 。
Market economy demands credit economy. At the new stages how to build a creditable China depends on the common efforts made by the government, enterprise and the individual. From the software part, the credit thought and creative spirit of all subject units should be regulated, guided and surpervised through all kinds of regulations and rules. From the above two parts, self-discipline can be strengthened and the credit actions can be carried out.
