再论耕地资源的保护

On Protection of the Land Resource

耕地是人类社会生产和生活的基础。我国耕地资源的保护对本民族生存和国民经济的发展以及我国农业可持续发展战略具有重要意义。目前,人们对耕地资源保护在认识、技术、投入等方面存在着不同程度的问题。针对这些问题应采取思想教育、法律、行政、技术等综合措施,以保护耕地资源的数量、质量和生态系统。

Land is the basis of producing and living in man' s society. Protecting our land resource is of great significance for national existence, the development of the national economy and sustained development strategy of our agriculture. At present , people have different views in realizing protection of land resource, technique , investment and so on. We should be aimed at these problems and take complex measures of thought instruction, laws, administration, technique and so on to protect the quantity, quality of land resource and e-cosystem.
