Quicken the Consrtuction of the Democratic Management and Guarantee the Normal Function of Rights——A Brief Analysis of the Democratic Management of the State-owned Enterprises

企业权利不能正常良性运行,是我国仍有不少国有企业参与市场竞争能力不强的一个重要原因;分析了国有企业法定代表人的权利非法扩张和滥用,企业权利演变为个人权利的现状,主要原因及其危害;提出了确保企业权利正常运行的主要措施和途径。

The abnormal function of the rights of the enterprises is one of the main reasons why some state-owned enterprises are not competitive in the market competition.This paper analyses the illegal expansion and misuse of rights of the legal representatives of the state-owned enterprises,the present situation of the rights of the enterprises turning into the individual rights and the main reasons and its harm. This paper also puts forward some main measures and methods to guarantee the normal function of the rights of the enterprises.
