摘要
我国已将培养学生的创新精神和创新能力列为素质教育的重点,培养创新能力已经成为现代学校教育的最高目标和衡量教育成败的关键。教育工作者应树立多元创新能力观,尊重学生的个性,激励学生进行自主创造性学习,建立自主创新的教育环境。
The cultivation of college students' innovation awareness and capability has become the key project of quality education. The cultivation of innovation capability is the main purpose of the modern higher education and the key to the success or failure of education. So educators should have the idea of multi-capability for innovation, respect the students' individual differences, encourage student s to creatively study on their own and create an educational surrounding for students' innovation on their own.
