摘要
从方向性因素、动力性因素、效率性因素和交易性因素四个方面分析了当前石油科研院所青年人力资源的基本素质,从管理方式、发展规划、流动环境、激励机制和人员配置等方面研究了当前其对青年人力资源开发管理的现状,提出了完善石油科研院所青年人力资源开发与管理机制的九项措施。
This paper analyzes basic quality of youth resource in current petroleum science and research institute from four aspects: direction factor, motivity factor, efficiency factor and business factor. Current status of youth resource development and management is studied in the aspect of management mode, development plan, flow environment, stimulation mechanism and manpower allocation etc. Nine measures to perfect youth resource development and management mechanism are put forward.
