执政资源是指执政党在领导国家经济、政治、文化和管理社会事务中可调动和利用的财富。从历史经验、现实环境、未来要求和国际教训等四个方面看,中国共产党开发、丰富执政资源具有客观必然性和现实紧迫性。以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,以保持党的先进性为核心,以提高执政能力为工作着眼点,大力开发党的经济、政治、组织、思想文化等四种执政资源。

The ruling resources refer to the wealth that the ruling party may use and mobilize in its leadership of the country's economy,politics,culture and public undertakings.From the aspects of historical experience,environment of reality,future demand and world lessons,it is urgent and necessary for the CPC to tap the rich ruling resources.Under the guidance of the 'Three Represents',we should greatly tap the ruling resources of economy,politics,organization and ideological culture,keeping the advancement and core of the CPC and improving the ruling capacity and work focus.
