摘要
江西旅游人力资源开发是提高江西旅游业核心竞争力的最关键因素。江西旅游人力资源的开发应立足于江西旅游业人才资源的状况,对江西旅游人才队伍建设进行中长期规划,同时应在人才流动、人才激励、人才智力引进机制等方面予以创新,并加大江西省旅游企业家队伍的建设力度,做好旅游高层次人才、紧缺人才的培养和开发工作,提高人才队伍的整体素质。
Research on human resources development of Jiangxi's tourism is the most important factor in raising the key competitive capacity of Jiangxi's tourism in business.This paper holds that we should base human resources development of Jiangxi's tourism on the reality of human resources of Jiagnxi to make the middle-and long-term plan of the professional workers and carry out renovation of professional mechanism of mobility,motivation,brain introduction and so forth,and at the same time,to strengthen the construction of enterprise workers.Good work should be done to train and develop the three kinds of professionals--high-rank,badly-needed and young,to improve the overall qualities of professionals of the industry.
