摘要
德育的最终目的应该是使社会道德个体化,并促进社会道德的健康发展。德育工作者只有充分认识学生个体社会化倾向的心理需求,把适应学生的主体道德建构和培养创造能力相结合,在此基础上加强德育工作的针对性和主动性,德育才能具有实效性。
The ultimate aim of moral education should be to individualize the social morality and accelerate its healthy development. The workers on moral education may realize completely the psychological need of students' inclining to social individualization. They may combine the construction of students' personal morality and training of creative ability, thus strengthening the socialization and initiative of moral education cause. Then moral education may achieve effect.
