摘要
目的 :通过加强心理护理 ,提高小儿心导管手术成功率及护理质量。方法 :对 1 80例需行心导管术患儿及家属发放术前谈话调查表 ,筛选出主要心理问题 ,如患儿恐惧 ,家属对并发症的担忧 ,对诊疗水平及疗效不了解 ,经济接受能力不足 ,对心导管术的方法、目的与用药不明确等。采取相应护理对策 ,多陪伴患儿 ,对患儿及家属进行有目的宣教 ,如心血管疾病知识、心导管知识 ,使患儿及家属了解实施心导管术的重要性及意义。结果 :患儿恐惧感减轻 ,家属疑虑消除 ,1 71例患儿成功接受了心导管术。结论
Objective:To discover the potential psychological nursing pr oblems and increase the quality of catheterization nursing.WTHZMethods:WTBZQ uestionnaires were sent to 180 children and their parents before cardiac cathete rization.The major psychological problems were screened and corresponding strate gy were established.Nursing evaluation was undergone after the catheterization.
