Objective To improve the quality of nursing.Methods To create the humanities environment of various patients, according to the point that synthetical hospital’s nursing management is wide.Result Bring patients a convenience, fast medical treatment environment.Conclusion The reformation of the medical treatment puts forward the new request to the nursing work of out-patient department.
